The location of the hotel was perfect. It was very near to Qipu wholesale cloth market and a short stroll to the Bund. We loved being able to sit outside and enjoy the view of the river. The staff spoke good English and were very helpful.

When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the initial suite I had booked, they quickly accommodated me and gave me a refund. The new room they provided was cheaper but had a balcony and was brighter, which fulfilled my requirements. The staff were always helpful, answering my questions and even finding restaurants that served the specific food I was craving. I cannot thank them enough for their assistance. The hotel is simple, but this is reflected in the price. The location is also very convenient, with clear directions provided, making it easy to find.
