The service was exceptional, with friendly staff who were always ready to assist us. The room amenities were top-notch, with a mini-bar, sitting area, in-room safe, and free toiletries. We especially liked the electric kettle for making our own tea and coffee, and the flat-screen TV for entertainment. The dining bar/lounge area was cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.

We stayed at a hotel near the Pudong airport for just a night and it was very convenient. The rooms were clean and modern, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was helpful and accommodating, even providing us with milk and sugar for our tea. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options, including some Western items like bacon. The free shuttle bus to the airport was a great perk, making our early morning departure stress-free.

There wasn't much to do in the surrounding area, so if you're looking for entertainment or attractions, this hotel may not be the best choice.
