Good location near fairground. Friendly staff, helpful reception. Great club lounge, nice river views. Good selection of restaurants. ATM, shops, outdoor and indoor pools, sauna, steam bath, jacuzzi.

The location of the hotel is quite isolated and far from the city center. It can take over 40 minutes in traffic to reach the city.

This hotel exceeded our expectations! the cleanliness impressed us the most, and the staff was genuinely friendly. Location wise it was convenient, with easy access to public transportation. the breakfast had amazing variety, and the gym was top-notch. the cherry on top was the free shuttle service to the nearby attractions.

The Wi-Fi could use some improvement, as it was a bit inconsistent at times. the prices at the bar were also quite high.

Luxurious amenities fulfilled my every need at this high, end hotel. the spa and wellness center offered exceptional massages, and the indoor and outdoor swimming pools were both clean and inviting.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Guangzhou. the staff at Shangri-La were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, even providing extra gifts for our granddaughter. the suite we stayed in was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. the hotel's Horizon lounge was a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. the location was ideal, with easy access to the metro and tram trains. the hotel also had an ATM for convenience. There were shops, a large outdoor pool, and a playground for both kids and parents. the fitness center had everything you could think of, including a sauna, steam bath, jacuzzi, and gym. I highly recommend this hotel.
