Excellent stay at a well-located hotel. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, with a great range of toiletries provided. The breakfast in the club lounge was delicious and had plenty of options. We also enjoyed the nightly drinks and canapes in the lounge. a highly recommended hotel for a memorable stay in Fuzhou.

The hotel gym was spacious and had a great variety of equipment, making it easy to get a good workout. Additionally, the hotel provided a limousine service with Wi, Fi in each vehicle, which was very convenient for getting around the city. the location of the hotel was also a plus, as it was centrally located and easily accessible to various attractions in the city.

My stay at the hotel was marred by a few negative aspects. the check, in process was disorganized and slow, with not enough staff available to assist guests.

I had a fantastic stay at Shangri-La Fuzhou. Polite and well-trained staff, clean and quiet room, well-stocked mini bar, great variety of channels on TV, excellent fitness center.

the spa and wellness centre was exceptional, boasting a sauna, indoor swimming pool, steam room, and Jacuzzi. the massage was fantastic, leaving me feeling fully revitalized. the beauty treatment and facial were equally pleasing, with top-quality service and an extensive range of treatments. the heated swimming pool and sun loungers added to the luxurious experience, with a serene garden area setting the perfect ambiance.

The restaurant was the only minor issue, as the continental breakfast wasn't as impressive as the in-room breakfast, and the buffet breakfast wasn't very appetizing. the private facilities and location advantages compensated for this shortcoming.

The hotel staff were polite and well-trained, providing us with a warm welcome and making check-in and check-out a breeze. The bathroom was spacious and well-equipped, with a separate shower area and all the necessary toiletries provided. The hotel's fitness center was top-notch, with a wide range of exercise equipment and a welcoming indoor pool. The concierge was extremely helpful, providing us with maps, directions, and recommendations for nearby attractions and services.

Stayed here for Christmas and had a decent experience. the hotel offered free drinks during the Christmas party and the decorations were nice. the hotel is located near a popular attraction and there are plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from. the bed was comfortable.

The hotel itself is outdated and the room I stayed in had worn out furniture. the air conditioning was not working properly and the temperature was too high, making it uncomfortable for sleeping.
