The facilities and amenities at Shangri-La Qingdao were perfect for our group of friends. We enjoyed the executive lounge happy hour with a great selection of cheese, wine, and snacks. The view of the yellow sea was beautiful, and we received excellent service and help from Carol Wu and the staff.

We felt free to seek any assistance and had no reason to complain.

As a couple celebrating our honeymoon, we decided to treat ourselves to a stay at Shangri-La. From the warm welcome to the upgraded room, the staff went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. We were even surprised with a delicious peach cake and flowers. The spa facilities were excellent, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. Our spacious and clean room added to the overall luxurious feel. We will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future.

The rooms were well-designed and equipped with complete and precise facilities. the presence of two washstands and a small clock in the bath area were thoughtful additions. the breakfast had a wide variety of choices and the option for different types of coffee was a nice touch. the hotel had a good pool and clean sauna, which added to the overall experience.

The movie options in the rooms were limited and there were only a few western channels available. It would have been better to have more entertainment options.

Great location near the subway station, making it easy to explore the city. the staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay. the lobby lounge bar was a cozy spot to unwind with live music. We also enjoyed the clean and tidy spa facilities.

The staff went above and beyond with a warm welcome, an upgrade to our room, and a delicious peach cake to congratulate us. The spa facility and breakfast buffet were great, and the location is perfect, with a shopping mall and subway nearby. We hope to stay at Shangri-La more often.

Exceptional service that exceeded our expectations. The staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable, especially for my girlfriend's birthday. The housekeeping staff even made up our room on the day of check-out. The assistant F&B manager, Wallance, and the Valley Wing manager, Kenta, provided personalized and attentive service. The room was spacious and comfortable with a great view. I highly recommend this hotel.
