The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel had a nice smell and the room was comfortable. The concierge helped us arrange a tour to the Terracotta Warriors. The lobby lounge had live music and there were multiple restaurants on site.

Great service at Horizon Club

I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service I received at the Horizon Club during my stay. The staff, particularly Jason and Sherry, went above and beyond to make me feel at home and provided me with valuable information about the city. Their warm smiles and attentiveness made my stay even more enjoyable. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. a fantastic experience.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The Horizon Club offered a great variety of food and a stunning view of the city. The swimming pool and spa facilities were fantastic. The location was convenient, with a short walk to the metro. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped.

The hotel had beautiful facilities, including a gym and pool. The breakfast was gorgeous and the premises were extremely well maintained and clean. The staff provided warm service and were helpful in arranging tours.

The breakfast spread and the gym were good. the hotel was also located near a metro station which was convenient.

The service of the staff was very disappointing. We had to wait long for our turn at the check-in counter and the staff were not friendly and welcoming.

The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options, including both traditional and Western dishes. We enjoyed starting our day with a delicious and satisfying meal. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. It made exploring the city much more convenient. Lastly, we appreciated the friendly and helpful door staff, who were always there to greet us with a smile and offer assistance.

Our check-in experience was quite disappointing. the staff member at the front desk was unhelpful and seemed disinterested in providing any assistance.
