I had a delightful stay at Shangri-La Yangzhou. The warm and friendly staff at the reception desk and Executive Lounge made my Christmas extra special. The room service staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt at home. The local people in the town were also incredibly nice and friendly. The city sights impressed me as well. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located in a convenient area, close to a living mall and surrounded by a new development area. It provides a peaceful atmosphere away from crowded areas. The restaurant on the 2nd level offers a pleasant dining experience, and the rooms are comfortable with nice views. The staff provides good service, and the breakfast selection is enjoyable. The facilities, like the pool and exercise room, are clean and well-maintained.
