The hotel had a stunning view of the beach, which was definitely the highlight of our stay. the location was perfect, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. We also enjoyed the amenities provided, especially the pool area.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. the room had a strange smell and some stains on the wallpaper, which was quite off-putting.

The hotel offered us a free upgrade to suites when we booked multiple rooms, which was a pleasant surprise. the spacious rooms and beautiful views of the beach and mountains were definitely a highlight. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious food options to choose from, catering to both Western and Chinese tastes. Plus, the hotel staff were friendly and attentive, providing personalized service throughout our stay.

The pool needed more frequent cleaning, as there were leaves and bugs floating around. Additionally, it was difficult to get a taxi during dinner time, which made it inconvenient to explore the surrounding area for dining options.

The value for money was exceptional, especially with the free suite upgrade. The room was spacious, comfortable, and offered breathtaking views of the beautiful beach. The hotel's location was convenient, being within walking distance of a great outdoor outlet mall with plenty of dining and shopping options. The staff were friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay.

During my stay at the Intercontinental, I had the most amazing view of the sea and pool area from my room. Listening to the soothing sound of the waves crashing on the beach was an unforgettable experience. The buffet breakfast was absolutely delicious, and even the room service meals I ordered surpassed my expectations. What impressed me the most was the kindness and attentiveness of every staff member I encountered. Despite my poor Chinese skills, they made a genuine effort to communicate with me in English. I want to extend a special thank you to Ella, the manager, and her colleague for their exceptional hospitality and patience throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and wonderful experience.

The key cards had some issues, requiring multiple visits to the reception for assistance.
