The staff at Sheraton Grand Beijing went above and beyond to ensure my stay was exceptional. When my ride didn't show up, the front desk clerk personally helped me find alternative transportation and even spoke to my tour guide in Mandarin. The hotel amenities were top-notch, including a gym and multiple restaurants. The lounge served delicious snacks and a brunch-like breakfast. The location was convenient, with a mall across the street. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure stays.

The breakfast served was delicious, with a wide variety of options. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a club floor and a terrace on the 7th floor, which offered a great view. The staff at the Chinese restaurant were attentive and provided excellent service.

The rooms at this hotel are clean and the housekeeping is frequent. The gym is comfortable and well-equipped, with plenty of machines and a water dispenser. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it easy to travel to and from.

The internet service at the hotel was poor, which was frustrating. The concierge was not very helpful in arranging transportation, which was a disappointment.

Absolutely fantastic! Spent a wonderful weekend at this hotel with great service, beautiful amenities and everything so convenient. the buffet breakfast was really good with plenty of choices and the gym was huge and very well equipped. I also loved the location, close to many good restaurants and shopping areas, just a short walk away.

The hotel is not very soundproof, so it can be a bit noisy at times. the hot water took a while to warm up in the shower which was mildly inconvenient.
