The hotel's location was perfect, right next to the Tee Mall and above the metro, making it convenient for exploring the city. The breakfast options were extensive and delicious, with a wide variety of high-quality ingredients. The staff were incredibly helpful and quick to assist with any requests. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with an amazingly comfortable mattress. The bathroom was clean and spacious, with a generously sized bathtub which was perfect for relaxing after a long day of walking. The cleanliness of the floors and carpets were top-notch, which is always a plus for me. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The breakfast in the Sheraton Club was excellent, with a nice ambiance and a variety of fresh fruit and freshly brewed coffee. The hotel's swimming pool was a highlight, open all day until 22:00. Other facilities like the gym, tennis court, and basketball court were convenient. The hotel's location in TianHe offered easy access to shops and restaurants.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate me, allowing early check-in and late check-out without any extra charge. The hotel has a fantastic sports center and a convenient location connected to a mall, with direct access to the metro station. The proximity to attractions like Tee Mall, Grand View Mall, Canton Tower, and Canton Fair makes it a highly recommended place to stay.

During our stay at Sheraton, my husband had a medical emergency. The hotel manager provided seamless assistance by calling the ambulance and offering support. The staff, including the housekeeping, provided excellent service. The location is connected to a mall and the rooms are clean with comfortable beds and pillows. Mr. Chris at the ground floor is fantastic and very courteous. They have the best sport center and direct access to the metro from the hotel. Highly recommend staying at Sheraton.

My recent stay at Sheraton was amazing. The location was perfect, with subway station access right from the hotel, making it so convenient, especially on rainy days. The nearby shopping centers offered a great variety of shops and restaurants, and the underground shopping center was a hidden gem with affordable options. As a Platinum Elite member, I was upgraded to a huge corner suite with a spacious living room and guest bathrooms. The suite was one of the largest I have ever stayed in, and the guest bathroom was beautifully equipped. it was a great experience.

This hotel is truly luxurious, providing exclusive amenities like a state, of, the, art spa and wellness center. the room was spacious and comfortable, with special advantages like a private balcony with a stunning view and in, room breakfast. the restaurant was top, notch, with a poolside snack bar as well as a bar/lounge area. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to entertainment and shopping areas.

The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly, making my stay enjoyable. The renovated rooms were spacious and comfortable, and I especially appreciated the breakfast options, although more milk choices would have been nice. Lastly, I was impressed with the hotel's secure luggage storage, which gave me peace of mind during my trip to Yiwu.
