From the moment I arrived, this hotel exceeded my expectations. Luxurious amenities like an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam room guaranteed relaxation. the massage was exceptional and the garden area was the perfect place to unwind. In-room breakfast was delivered promptly and the restaurant itself served delicious food with a variety of options to choose from. the private facilities were exclusive and the service was outstanding.

The lack of BBQ facilities. Although not a major issue, it would have been nice to have been able to organize a BBQ with friends while enjoying the beautiful surroundings.

This hotel is conveniently located, with easy access from the airport. The rooms are spacious and modern, with comfortable beds and a luxury bathroom. The staff is friendly and helpful, always willing to assist guests. The breakfast offers a good variety of choices, and the fitness center is well-equipped.

The lobby bar can be quite expensive, so it's better to check the prices before ordering.

Enjoyed my Christmas stay at this hotel. The room provided all the amenities I needed for my stay. The beds were comfortable, and the room was well-maintained. The hotel has an excellent location, with easy access to transportation, and a variety of restaurants in the area. One of the best aspects was the view from the top floors which offered spectacular views of the city.

There were some small maintenance issues regarding the cleanliness of the lobby and the attention to detail of the staff that tarnished my experience. Bartop cleaning wasn't complete, and the piles of dust in the lobby made the hotel seem less than clean. Also, the staff's training was not adequate; they seemed not to know fundamental items such as how to chill wine and, as a result, provided poor service in some instances.
