We experienced a seamless check-in process with quick access to the MTR station, avoiding crowded areas. Comfortable rooms with ample space for luggage. Overall a convenient stay.

We found the hotel to be very clean and well-equipped with great facilities such as a spa pool and gym. the hotel's breakfast selection was excellent, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Mandy, the housekeeping lady on level 7, provided top-notch service. the hotel's shuttle bus was a pleasant surprise, making transportation convenient. the location offers fantastic views of the airport, perfect for plane watching. Sheraton's restaurants, like Yue and Cafe Lantau, served outstanding food with great service. Breakfast at the lobby lounge was quiet and delicious. Room service was efficient and reasonably priced.

Always choose this spot for stay. At first visit, staff found my lost car keys. Place meets all my needs with Free Wi-Fi, Restaurant, Fitness center, Rooftop pool, Massage. Returning for trip soon.

We recently stayed at Sheraton Tung Chung Hotel for a short trip. The location was perfect, with easy access to the airport and attractions like Cheung Sha Beach and Disneyland. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel facilities, including the workout center and outdoor pool, were excellent. a brand new hotel with exceptional service and amenities.

This hotel is a new and sleek venue where you will enjoy luxurious and exclusive amenities. the staff is attentive and friendly, and the Chinese restaurant is outstanding. the rooms are spacious, clean, and quiet, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. In-room breakfast is a fabulous advantage.

The outdoor swimming pool needs improvement as there are no cushions or bedding for the sun loungers. this is only a minor issue as the pool facilities are still enjoyable.

Spent Easter at a hotel which was clean and had helpful staff. Enjoyed an excellent breakfast buffet with a range of food, and a spacious room with a large double bed. Appreciated the polite staff, who even treated my helper with kindness and respect.

The location was far from the nearest MTR station and the shuttle bus was infrequent. It would have been great to have charging ports for other countries than Southeast Asia, such as China or the US. the shower had a faulty door which caused water to leak onto the bathroom floor.
