We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the center of Ningbo. The rooms were clean, well equipped, and comfortable. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and spoke good English, which was a pleasant surprise. The location in a nice, clean, modern area of the city added to our overall experience. We were close to the subway station, making it convenient to explore the city. Additionally, there were plenty of nearby attractions to visit, such as the old private library or a modern local history museum. The breakfast provided was delicious and offered a wide variety of choices. we were very impressed with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and the helpfulness of the staff.

During my recent stay at Sheraton in Ningbo, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel location was also convenient, with various restaurants and shops within walking distance. The only drawback was the limited English-speaking staff, but their overall warmth and hospitality made up for it. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and comfortable accommodations.

Upon arrival, we were pleased to find the hotel staff was welcoming and attentive, making us feel like VIPs. the luxurious amenities, including the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and spa centre, provided the ideal setting for relaxation. We indulged in facial and beauty treatments at the spa lounge and were impressed with the quality of service.

The restaurant did not meet our expectations, as the special diet menus were limited and underwhelming. Despite this minor issue, the spacious and comfortable room made up for it with exclusive advantages, such as in-room breakfast and private facilities.

Christmas at this hotel was a great experience! the staff was very friendly and welcoming. the decorations were beautiful and the atmosphere was festive. the room was cozy and clean, with comfortable beds and soft linens. the breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a variety of options to choose from. the location of the hotel was convenient, with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Plus, the subway station was only a few minutes away.

There were no major negative aspects during our stay at the hotel. However, the room was a bit small for our family of four, but we managed just fine.
