We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the center of Ningbo. The rooms were clean, well equipped, and comfortable. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and spoke good English, which was a pleasant surprise. The location in a nice, clean, modern area of the city added to our overall experience. We were close to the subway station, making it convenient to explore the city. Additionally, there were plenty of nearby attractions to visit, such as the old private library or a modern local history museum. The breakfast provided was delicious and offered a wide variety of choices. we were very impressed with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and the helpfulness of the staff.

Upon arrival, we were pleased to find the hotel staff was welcoming and attentive, making us feel like VIPs. The luxurious amenities, including the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and spa centre, provided the ideal setting for relaxation. We indulged in facial and beauty treatments at the spa lounge and were impressed with the quality of service.
