The hotel is in a great location, close to the city center and within walking distance of the river. It is also convenient for those visiting the DaJue Mountain Scenic Area. The rooms are clean and meet the 5-star standard, with amenities such as a relaxing bathtub with a glass wall. The staff are helpful and try their best to assist, despite some language barriers. There are various restaurants within the hotel, offering a variety of cuisines, and the open buffet is delicious with a wide selection. Some rooms also offer a nice river view, providing a pleasant ambiance.

Some guests have experienced issues with the air conditioning in their rooms, leading to discomfort and inconvenience during their stay.

Our recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. the luxurious amenities, such as the heated indoor swimming pool and spa centre, fulfilled our demanding needs. the room advantages were impressive, boasting a spacious and fully, equipped leisure/TV room, along with private facilities. the restaurant on, site provided a delicious in, room breakfast, and the bar/lounge area served unique cocktails.

While the minor issue of language barriers occurred with some staff members, it did not detract from the overall experience. the excellent service and attentive staff made up for any communication difficulties.

The hotel lacked sufficient signage, making it difficult to find certain areas such as the restaurant and fitness center. The fitness center was small and cramped, with few machines available. Additionally, the room decor was outdated and in need of refurbishment. Despite these issues, the staff managed to make our stay enjoyable.
