The resort was located in a beautiful spot with stunning views of the lake. The room facilities were impressive, including a separate dining area and a cozy lounge with a balcony overlooking the pool. Additionally, the staff were friendly and efficient.

The menu in the western restaurant was very limited and the food quality was not up to par. It was also frustrating to find out that some items listed on the menu were not available.

The lake view from the room was breathtaking, especially during sunset. Spa and wellness centre were luxurious, with exclusive amenities and top-notch service that catered to our relaxation needs. The indoor swimming pool and sauna were well-maintained, adding to the overall serene atmosphere. The BBQ facilities, karaoke and sun terrace were perfect for enjoying the weather and unwinding.

The restaurant's menu lacked diverse options for special diet menus, limiting our choices and disappointing us. We also had to wait a little for the in-room breakfast, which was a minor issue in comparison to the hotel's perks.

Superb location, great view, close to shopping and restaurants, spacious room with a big balcony, large and comfortable bed, quiet at night.

Had a lovely Easter weekend at a hotel by the lake. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had stunning views of the water. The staff were polite and accommodating, making us feel at home during our stay. The hotel is located near plenty of restaurants and shops, making it convenient to explore the local area. We especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and outdoor pool, perfect for a refreshing swim on a sunny day.

While the hotel had many amenities to offer, we found that the gym equipment could use some updating. the air conditioning in our room was a bit inconsistent, which made for some uncomfortable moments.

We had a fantastic suite with separate sleeping and sitting areas, offering a great view overlooking the lake. The room was very clean and spacious, perfect for our stay. The hotel's location was excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding attractions and find restaurants. The buffet breakfast was also impressive, with a wide selection of Western and Chinese food.
