Great Location , the hotel is conveniently located in a quiet area but still close to downtown Qingdao. It only takes about 10 minutes to drive to the city center. Clean and New , the hotel is relatively new and everything, from the lobby to the guest rooms, is clean and well, decorated. the rooms and bathrooms are also spacious and comfortable. Variety of breakfast , the breakfast options at the hotel are extensive with a lot of choices to suit different tastes.

Lack of amenities in the room , It is disappointing that a 5, star hotel does not provide a pen and writing pad on the desk next to the telephone. Security concerns , During my stay, I experienced a security issue where my room door was not completely locked after the housekeeping service.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Qingdao. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the interiors were excellent, providing great comfort. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we particularly enjoyed the swimming pool. The location, while away from the bustling city center, was conveniently close to the Tsing Tao airport and the North railway station. Additionally, the breakfast provided was great, and the staff provided excellent support, particularly the restaurant manager, chef.

We were pleasantly surprised by the level of luxury at Sheraton Qingdao Licang. The spacious and tidy rooms made for a comfortable stay, and the hotel even upgraded us to a deluxe suite. The variety of welcome fruit was a nice touch. Despite the hotel not being in downtown Qingdao, the location was still convenient for sightseeing. The attentive staff provided helpful advice and even reminded us to take an umbrella on a rainy day. we had a very comfortable and pleased stay.

We had an indulgent and luxury stay at this hotel. the service was impeccable, providing us with exclusive amenities and personalized attention. the indoor swimming pool and spa lounge were tranquil and relaxing. the room was spacious and had a magnificent view of the sun terrace and garden area. the restaurant and bar/lounge area offered a variety of delicious dishes and cocktails, perfect for unwinding after a long day.

we were still able to enjoy the steam room and heated swimming pool.

Luxury at a mid-range price! 5-star comfort, comprehensive room service, great dining options, convenient location.

Not obvious to find.

Nice hotel with spacious rooms and excellent beds. I loved the rain shower and the fact the rooms were very well-lit. the staff was friendly and always ready to help with any questions I had. the breakfast was a real feast for the taste buds and the design in the room was modern and well thought out.

The hotel had quite a few issues such as no help with luggage upon arrival and no clear directions around the facilities. the TV channels did not change very fast and it took a while to load the channels.

Great value for money, luxurious rooms with top-notch amenities. Many dining options and excellent room service. Convenient location for sightseeing.
