I got great value for my money at this new hotel. The room was spacious, and though the decor was a bit cliché, it was comfortable. The staff, especially Bobby, a friendly and English-speaking intern from Switzerland, were incredibly helpful and made our stay enjoyable.

The breakfast selection could have been better with more variety and options to choose from.

Great long term stay at Sheraton Wuhan. Coco Wang went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even ordering kites for our grandchildren. Friendly staff, excellent food, and clean rooms. One of the best hotels we've stayed at!

I stayed at a hotel that was conveniently located next to a shopping mall with a variety of restaurant choices. It was really convenient for us to find a place to eat. The hotel was also close to the airport, which made our travel easier. The room we stayed in was nicely decorated and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The service provided by the staff was helpful and friendly. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a good selection of food. it was a pleasant stay with great facilities and advantages.

That there was limited free seating area in the hotel's ground floor, which made it difficult for people to sit down and chat without ordering anything.
