Best aspects of our stay were the beautiful lobby with a breathtaking chandelier and the convenient location near a shopping mall and metro station. The room was also a good size and comfortable.

Worst aspects were the terrible breakfast and the fact that we didn't get the room we booked. Communication was difficult and we felt like we were given a room that wasn't what we paid for.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. They were attentive and responsive to our needs. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, especially the carpet in our room which was spotless. We were impressed by the hotel facilities, particularly the gym and swimming pool. The breakfast spread was great, offering a variety of options. The location was very convenient, as the hotel was situated next to a mall and the metro station.

The rooms at Sheraton were spacious and comfortable, with attentive service from the hotel staff. The breakfast had a good spread, satisfying my cravings in the morning. The staff at the Feast Restaurant, specifically Bamboo, was friendly and made sure we were happy with the food offerings. Despite a few drawbacks, I would overall recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

I recently stayed at a hotel near a bustling shopping center and conveniently located next to a subway station. It was great to have easy access to shopping and dining options at the nearby mall. The room was comfortable and clean, with a spacious bathroom. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious, offering a variety of options. Plus, the hotel had a beautiful view of the city skyline.

That the hotel could improve on their beverage selection in the executive lounge, as some guests mentioned the limited options.

The hotel is conveniently located near a mall and metro station, making it easy to access nearby attractions. Rooms were spacious and clean, and the rain shower was a nice touch.

The food had not been restocked and cold items were lukewarm at best. Options were limited and did not justify the high price.

We had a luxurious experience here with exclusive amenities and outstanding service. The Spa & wellness centre was exceptional with a range of services including massage, body wraps, and beauty treatments. The indoor swimming pool was divine, along with the Jacuzzi and sauna. The restaurant had delicious dishes and in-room breakfast was a treat. The location was perfect with easy access to public transport.

The only minor issue was the lack of a heated swimming pool. this hotel fulfilled all of our luxurious needs and we had a wonderful stay here.
