I recently stayed at the Sheraton in Zhongshan for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is conveniently located near a bridge that leads to cafes, walking streets, and a beautiful river promenade. The room on the 25th floor was perfectly appointed and had excellent WIFI. The hotel itself is very clean and the staff were professional and friendly. I also loved having a Starbucks right next to the lobby. The comfortable bed and amazing views of the harbor made for a great night's sleep. The club room access was a bonus, allowing us to enjoy breakfast as well. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely visit again.

The hotel itself is a haven of relaxation and luxury. the facilities, including the pool and fully equipped gym, are top-notch, providing a wonderful experience for guests. Additionally, the service staff were friendly and always ready to assist with any needs or questions. It's always a plus to be greeted with a warm smile and helpful attitude throughout your stay.

One downside was the bed. It was hard and the springs were loud, which did not make for a comfortable night's sleep.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and their level of English was surprisingly good compared to many other hotels I've visited in China. Everywhere in the hotel, I could find friendly staff eager to help with anything I needed. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and I had a great night's sleep. The views across the harbor were breathtaking, especially at night when the area lit up in beautiful colors. The hotel also had great facilities, including a gym room and swimming pool with amazing views. The location was perfect, right next to the river and just a short walk away from a shopping mall. Plus, there was a Zara shop nearby for convenient shopping.

We were delighted with the excellent service at Sheraton. When we lost an important card, the hotel went above and beyond to help us retrieve it. The staff even accompanied us to the ferry terminal and used security footage to track down the card. Their dedication and friendliness were truly amazing. I highly recommend this hotel.

During my New Year stay, I enjoyed the modern and comfortable rooms at this hotel. The staff was friendly, and the amenities were great, including a choice of both Western and Chinese food areas at the main restaurant. The location was ideal, with a central location close to the main shopping area and only a short walk from the river, offering great views.

Additionally, the staff at the front desk wasn't paying full attention, which led to slow service. the hotel had potential, but the services need an improvement to make the guests more comfortable.

The hotel's outdoor swimming pool was a refreshing perk, although it's worth noting that it is not usable during the colder months. One of the standout features of Sheraton was the SPG club lounge, accessible for platinum members, offering a great selection of snacks during happy hour. Additionally, the lobby's Starbucks was a welcome spot to grab a quick coffee and snacks. The hotel's proximity to a historical park provided a pleasant opportunity to explore the Zhongshan's shipbuilding history. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Sheraton in Zhongshan and would highly recommend it for its convenient location, excellent room quality, and great amenities.
