Great value for money and an ideal location, just a short walk to the city shopping central area and a subway station nearby. the breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a great selection of food catering to multiple cultural perspectives. the snacks and drinks available on the 23rd floor were a nice touch, and the service was excellent.

The room was quite compact and lacked seating areas in the foyer front area.

Great hotel at a convenient location, near the river and close to Tianfu square and Chinxu Road. the staff was very helpful and the rooms were clean and spacious. the restaurants, especially the Japanese one, served high-quality meals. the breakfast was also of great quality. Additionally, the hotel had a pool area, although it needs renovation.

The cleaning service could be improved as we had to ask for additional amenities and toilet paper every day. Also, there was a lack of English-speaking staff for such a large hotel, including the concierge.

This hotel offers a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities that met my needs. the room had stunning decor and impressive facilities such as a spa and wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, restaurant, bar/lounge area, and private facilities.

Although the service was decent, the staff lacked local knowledge and provided me with incorrect information regarding the nearby attractions. this was a minor issue and did not greatly impact my overall stay.

The value for money at Sofitel was excellent. The room was spacious, clean, and had great views. The location was central and convenient for exploring the city. The staff were attentive and friendly, providing great recommendations and assistance throughout my stay.

The breakfast menu could have been improved by reducing the amount of light coming through the frosted glass in the sleeping area.
