The staff were incredibly friendly and spoke English fluently. The hotel's wifi had no restrictions on European/American web pages, which was a major convenience. The gym, pool, and sauna were all well-maintained and clean. The apartments were spacious and spotless. The hotel even helped arrange a reliable and affordable driver for my daily transportation needs. a wonderful stay with excellent amenities and exceptional service.

The service at this hotel was excellent, with very helpful and polite staff. They made me feel welcome and were always ready to assist. the breakfast had a great variety of options and provided a relaxed atmosphere to start the day. the apartment I stayed in was beautifully clean and well-equipped, with a kitchen that made cooking easy. the bed was comfortable and provided a cozy and warm sleep.

The hotel offered a nice mix of cooking for ourselves or eating at the hotel restaurant, which was great for our large group. the staff were friendly and warm, with the bellhop and front desk staff providing excellent service. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a great kitchen and amenities like a washer/dryer.

The breakfast buffet had a limited selection of European food and the menu was the same every day. the renovations being undertaken during our stay made some areas of the hotel smaller and less accessible.

They even went out of their way to ensure our taxi driver knew where to take us and gave us their contact information in case of any issues. the room was lovely and comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities, including a fully-equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer. Despite ongoing renovations, the hotel managed to maintain a peaceful atmosphere. the location was great, with plenty of nearby restaurants, bars, and public transportation options.

The hotel was not very close to most tourist attractions, which could be inconvenient for some guests. Additionally, the pricing for breakfast seemed inconsistent for different numbers of guests, which felt like a money-grabbing tactic.

We had a fantastic time at Somerset in Dalian! The check-in staff and breakfast staff were amazing, offering great service throughout our stay. Lucy Wang even remembered us from a year ago. The floor head on New Year's Eve was extra courteous and had a great sense of humor. The hotel is very kid-friendly, with great facilities for both kids and adults. The location is good, with a nearby beach just 10 minutes away by car. The food at the restaurant was delicious and fresh, and the staff were friendly and professional. The apartment itself was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. The housekeeping staff were excellent, and we had no trouble finding local services and shops nearby. The gym was also excellent. a wonderful experience at Somerset in Dalian.

During our Christmas stay, we absolutely loved the spacious rooms and comfortable beds. It was such a relief to have enough space for our whole family to relax and unwind. the location of the hotel was also a major plus, with plenty of nearby eateries and shops within walking distance. And the icing on the cake was definitely the friendly and helpful staff who made our stay even more enjoyable.

The only downside was the limited variety of European food options offered for breakfast. It would have been nice to have more choices available, especially if you're staying for an extended period of time.
