The rooftop garden on the 34th floor was the perfect spot to enjoy the night view with a drink in hand. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The breakfast had a good variety of options, although it could have had more choices compared to other Somerset hotels we stayed at during our trip.

The highlight was the commendable way our complaint about the air-conditioning was handled by upper management, who provided us accommodation at their sister property. Couldn't stay longer.

Great location near subway stations and with easy access to public transportation. The gym facilities were awesome and well-equipped. The bed in the spacious room was comfortable, and despite the notice about construction in the area, the room was peaceful and quiet. The late check-out option until 2pm was greatly appreciated.

The staff at the front desk seemed impatient and not very knowledgeable. There was also a lack of clarity regarding the wifi password.
