The bedding was comfortable, and the staff were very attentive and friendly. The breakfast offered a good variety of western and Chinese food. Every time I walked past the reception, there was always a smile, which is rare to find. I highly recommend this hotel for its superb experience.

We loved the friendly and helpful staff, especially Catherine, who spoke English fluently. The hotel staff were quick to offer assistance when my wife had a fall outside and even arranged for her to see an English-speaking doctor. The location was excellent, close to the subway station and a pedestrian shopping precinct. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast had a wide range of options including both Western and Chinese dishes. The hotel also offered a free shuttle service, which was very convenient.
