The rooms are clean and comfortable, with some even offering a free room upgrade. The staff is helpful and efficient, and they even speak some English. The hotel provides facilities like a washer/dryer machine, making it convenient for guests to clean their clothes. Additionally, guests can enjoy breakfast at the luxury hotel next door, which is worth it.

The lighting in the living area of the apartment was quite dim, making it difficult to work or read. the shower pressure was also low, and there was no bath tub.

I had a wonderful stay at Suning Auraya Service Apartment in Nanjing. The room was clean and very comfortable, and I even received a free upgrade for four nights. The staff at the counter spoke some English and were very helpful. The location was quite central, making it easy to explore the city. I highly recommend this hotel.
