Chilly pool, but warm jacuzzi available. Close to Mutianyu and easily accessible from Beijing. Helpful concierge, named Steven, made the stay enjoyable. Splendid room and superb staff. Incredibly comfy bed, great facilities, and convenient location.

During our Christmas stay, we absolutely loved the breathtaking architecture and design of the hotel. the unique and stunning view of the nearby lake added to the charm of the place. Additionally, the location was ideal, with easy access to Yanqi Lake and a short distance from Mutianyu. the delicious breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was one of the best we had experienced in a 5-star hotel in China.

We were disappointed with the service provided by the hotel. the lack of assistance during breakfast was frustrating, as we had to serve ourselves and even look for teapots.

There was so much to do with kids around the lake, and the kid's playroom in the basement kept our children entertained for hours. The staff was superb, and the concierge, Steven, was very helpful and made sure everything we asked for was done. everything about our stay was great!

We recently enjoyed a romantic escape in China and stayed at a hotel with unique architecture that impressed us from the moment we arrived. the location was perfect, with stunning views of a serene lake and mountains in the distance. We were delighted with the luxurious amenities of our room, which included a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom with a separate shower and soaking tub. the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and delicious food, including local specialties!

the hotel was quite far from the popular tourist attractions we wanted to visit, which resulted in longer travel times and extra expense. Nonetheless, we enjoyed the unique atmosphere and five-star experience from the hotel's amenities, including the relaxing pool and beautiful surroundings.

Although I was initially told I had been upgraded to a lake view room, there was a mistake and I ended up with a room facing the road instead. The view was not inspiring, and I wouldn't pay again for a room with a road view.

This hotel offers a truly luxurious experience with exclusive amenities that exceeded our expectations. the sauna, indoor swimming pool and Spa center were top, notch and allowed us to relax and unwind throughout our stay. the restaurant served delicious breakfast, and the in, room breakfast was perfect for our busy schedule. Location, wise, this hotel is the perfect distance from Beijing; accessible but far enough away from the hustle and bustle.

We had a minor issue with the service, where we had to call reception multiple times for one request due to the language barrier. this was a small issue which was quickly resolved, and didn't detract from our overall experience at this hotel.
