I recently stayed at the charming Jade Snow Lodge in Suzhou for a few days. The location was perfect, situated near the popular tourist street but still tucked away in a quiet area. The staff, especially the hostess, were absolutely brilliant. She spoke perfect English and Chinese, making communication a breeze. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary facilities. I loved the option to choose between a Western or Chinese breakfast. The hotel even went above and beyond by ordering us a taxi when we needed to leave. I am extremely satisfied with my stay!

During my stay at Suzhou Jade Snow Lodge, I had a little difficulty finding the hotel, but the receptionist went above and beyond to ensure my arrival. The customer service throughout my stay was exceptional, with the staff being attentive and helpful. The hotel itself was clean and the breakfast provided was decent. The best part was the amazing location, close to popular tourist spots. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

The only drawback was that the hotel is a bit far from the metro station.
