The location of the hotel is very convenient, with easy access to the Crystal restaurant, Golden Eagle mall, and Caleb's art. The rooms are well-maintained and comfortable, with excellent service provided by the friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. The hotel also boasts facilities such as a well-organized gym and a concierge service that goes above and beyond to meet guests' needs.

One aspect to be aware of is that noise can sometimes be an issue for light sleepers, so it may be advisable to request a room in a quieter area of the hotel.

the spa and wellness center is fully equipped with modern and exclusive facilities. There is a spacious and well-maintained indoor swimming pool and sauna that provided complete relaxation. the bar/lounge area offered a comfortable ambiance and excellent beverages and delicacies. I enjoyed a delightful private dinner with my colleagues that was accompanied by a breathtaking view of the city. the hotel's strategic location provided easy access to various restaurants and cafes within walking distance.

The staff members were friendly and warm, but one minor issue that I faced was the language barrier while placing an order using the room service menu. Although I tried communicating in English, I couldn't get the desired item, which led to some inconvenience.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the hotel's festive decorations and the delicious food served at breakfast. the location was perfect, with easy access to public transport and plenty of nearby shops and restaurants. the staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any requests.

The soundproofing in the hotel wasn't great, and I could hear noise from the hallways and neighboring rooms. the room could have been cleaned more thoroughly, as I noticed some dust and grime in certain areas.
