The location of the hotel is far from the center of the city, making it inconvenient for exploring the surrounding areas. The food at the hotel is overpriced and of poor quality, not meeting the standards expected from such a renowned brand like Sheraton. The front desk staff and room service were unhelpful and refused to extend our stay without an exorbitant increase in rate. However, the cleaning staff were polite and the gym attendant was friendly and helpful.

The couches in the common areas were dirty and the balcony chairs were unusable, lacking comfort.

Our romantic escape was amazing thanks to the cozy and comfortable room we got. the bed was one of the best I've slept in, and the view we had from our balcony was truly breathtaking.
