We had an amazing stay at Tea Boutique Hotel West Lake! The manager, Andrew Chan, was incredibly kind and helpful, making our experience truly enjoyable. The hotel's location near West Lake and in a bustling eating area was very convenient. The house-keeping was also excellent. The room itself was beautifully appointed with comfortable furniture and a huge bathroom. The bed was so comfortable, making it hard to get out of bed in the morning. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Hangzhou.
