The room was spacious and had a modern design with cool tech tools and appliances. the breakfast had a great variety and you could also order hot food like local soup noodles. the staff was friendly and helpful, especially when I was looking for a taxi driver at the train station. the restaurant had delicious food and a nice design.

Some of the staff had poor English skills, which made communication difficult during a business trip. There were a few instances where the staff made mistakes with money, which left me feeling cheated.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the spacious and quiet rooms, perfect for a relaxing holiday. the hotel was also very clean, which is always a plus. the staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel's central location was convenient for exploring the city and nearby attractions.

There were a couple of drawbacks to my stay. the lighting in the room was quite dim at night, making it difficult to see clearly.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The hotel facilities were great, especially the lobby area which had a romantic atmosphere. The staff were super friendly and provided excellent service. They went above and beyond by buying medicines for my brother when there was no nearby pharmacy. The breakfast was delicious and the location was convenient, with a park just 10 minutes away. this hotel had all the necessary amenities and was a wonderful place to relax after busy day trips.

Nothing to dislike.

The room layout is marvellous, with a spacious sofa to chill with friends. The bathroom is great, and everything is spotlessly clean and fresh. The hotel facilities are very modern, with good technologies like a built-in free movie streaming and a capsule coffee machine. The hotel staff are great, always ready to help and assist with trips and taxis. The hotel is located in the midst of a traditional downtown area with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops nearby.

I had an amazing stay at East Hotel in Hangzhou. The value for money was excellent, and the room was so comfortable, it felt like sleeping on clouds. The location was great, just 10 minutes away from the lake by bicycle. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request.

The breakfast selection could be improved by adding more variety to the menu.

The room setting was nice and clean, with modern amenities. the staff was friendly and helpful. They even helped me book performance tickets after I checked in. the restaurant food, especially the lamb chop, was delicious. the breakfast had a good selection of American style dishes.

The hotel is a short taxi drive away from the West Lake, which can be inconvenient. It would have been better if it was closer to the main attractions.

I recently stayed at The East Hotel for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is new and trendy, and my room was incredibly comfortable and well-fitted out. The wifi was also great, which was a big plus for me. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they offer complimentary Chinese tea leaves and drinks. The breakfast and bar selection were both excellent, and the staff who assisted me were efficient, helpful, and delightful, especially Gordon who went out of his way to make sure I had a smooth transfer to the airport. I had an excellent stay and will definitely return.

I highly recommend this hotel.

the upgraded room was amazing, with a spectacular bathtub and separate sitting area. the bed felt like sleeping in the clouds and the TV that could be flipped between the living area and bathroom was fantastic. the room was well-decorated and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including free movies and mineral water. the staff, especially Xavier the Chief Concierge, were wonderful and made our stay unforgettable. the hotel's small restaurant with a green garden was also a peaceful and enjoyable spot.
