My stay was mind-blowing! The hotel's central location near offices and restaurants was super convenient. The well-thought-out rooms were spacious and had large windows with jaw-dropping views. The soundproofing was amazing, ensuring a peaceful stay. The staff were outstanding, always smiling and ready to help. The environmentally friendly amenities were a pleasant surprise. Can't wait to return for another fabulous experience!

We recently stayed at a luxury hotel in Hong Kong and the experience was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we stepped foot in this hotel, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The amenities were exclusive and the room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The in-room breakfast provided was delicious and the bar/lounge area was perfect for a relaxing drink. The location advantages were excellent, making it easy for us to explore the city.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the special diet menus. While there were options available, we found that some of the dishes were undercooked which affected the overall taste.

The hotel was less crowded than other popular brands, allowing for a more relaxed environment. the services were excellent, including pre-ordered stock collection and professional in-room services. the balcony provided stunning day and night views, making for memorable moments and photo opportunities throughout the stay. the early check-in and late check-out were much appreciated.

There were also some negative aspects of the hotel. the software needed improvement, with no differentiation between suite and standard guests and a contactless online check-in process that could only check in one person.

During our stay at The Hari, we were amazed by the exceptional service and attention to detail. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our anniversary celebration was truly special. The concierge, Fai, effortlessly arranged for beautiful flowers to be placed in our room, while the entire hotel staff surprised us with personalized greeting cards and a lovely dessert. The Guest Experience Manager, Joanne, was outstanding in making our weekend memorable. The decor of the hotel was modern, stylish, and tastefully done. Our double room was comfortable and had voice control features, adding to the convenience. We also enjoyed the delicious meals at Lucciola restaurant. The staff at check-in were friendly and welcoming, making us feel valued guests. I highly recommend The Hari for a fabulous staycation experience.
