We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were polite, attentive, and always willing to help. From providing correct information about nearby hospitals to booking flights to Beijing, they were extremely helpful. The room service and front door staff were also very accommodating. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the hotel had great facilities, including a free spa. The location was perfect, close to the metro station, the Hong Kong border, and many shopping centers. It was easy to find a taxi, and we could easily reach all the main attractions either by taxi or even walking. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff spoke good English.

The stay at Renaissance Shenzhen Luohu Hotel was very pleasant. The rooms were spacious and nice. The hotel staff was helpful and the location was great, near a metro station and shopping centers. The SPA was free to enter and the check-in and checkout process was fast.
