Large rooms, good location. Friendly and helpful staff at the concierge desk. Excellent suggestions and attention to detail from Byron. Night time concierge handled a long line of Spanish-speaking guests with patience. Desk staff went above and beyond to ensure a smooth arrival.

We had a great experience during our stay at this luxury hotel, with exclusive and top-notch amenities that fulfilled our luxurious needs. The service was impeccable, with a friendly and attentive staff that met every expectation. The Spa & Wellness Centre was a perfect haven, with a wide range of treatments and facilities, such as sauna and jacuzzi, that allowed us to relax and unwind from the daily stress. The indoor swimming pool was amazing, with a heated swimming pool and sun loungers to enjoy the sun and the beautiful views of the city.

The only minor issue we experienced during our stay was with the temperature control in our room. Despite being spacious and well-appointed with exclusive room advantages, such as in-room breakfast and private facilities, the room temperature was too warm, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.

The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, willing to help us with our requests. The hotel location was ideal as it was near the subway and a shopping mall. The breakfast was a hearty meal that kept us energized throughout the day.

The rooms were in dire need of renovation and felt stuffy. The outdated furniture did not make us feel comfortable during our stay.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They went out of their way to assist me with any questions or concerns I had, even finding English-speaking personnel when needed. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport with easy access to the subway, making transportation a breeze. Additionally, it is situated close to shops, bars, and restaurants, and just a short distance from all the major attractions in this city.

Great upgrade to a spacious room with a huge comfy bed. Enjoyed the in-room internet and the helpful concierge staff. The common areas of the hotel are gorgeous. The travel desk was able to arrange a car to the Great Wall at short notice. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.
