The room and bathroom were mind-blowingly nice, modern and spacious. The service from the dedicated staff was jaw-droppingly awesome and extraordinary. The breakfast provided fresh brewed Nespresso Coffee and was super great. The hotel's fitness center was well-equipped and the buffet offered reasonable prices. The Italian restaurant BICE was a must-try and I believe it's the best Italian in town.

Free upgrade to a bigger room was a pleasant surprise. Access to the lounge with complimentary snacks and drinks was a great perk. Breakfast was satisfactory. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to Hongqiao airport.

I ordered a Caesar salad with shrimps but received a plate with only lettuce leaves and one shrimp, and it was quite pricey.

The Qube Hotel in Shanghai was worth every penny. The room was fantastic, modern and clean, with a wonderful pool. The location was perfect for business travelers, close to the Expo Centre, train station, and Hongqiao Airport. The staff, especially Irene and Devon, made me feel right at home with their warm and friendly attitude.

The breakfast option could be improved by having staff show you to your table and offering coffee.
