The location was fantastic, with easy access to the river, shops, restaurants, and other points of interest. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They even surprised us with balloons and lights in our room. The facilities were top-notch, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, excellent staff, and comfortable rooms.

The room was amazing - so comfortable and spacious. It had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. the bathroom was spotless and had all the toiletries I forgot to bring. the breakfast buffet had a great selection of tasty Chinese and Western options. the staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a great time. I even extended my stay because I enjoyed it so much!

Loved the luxurious and beautiful ambiance of the hotel. the staff was friendly and responsive and promptly fixed any issues we had. Enjoyed the beautiful roses that were all over the place. the heated toilet seats with bidet were a luxurious touch. the breakfast buffet was great with a wide variety of options. the shower had fantastic water pressure. the location was convenient, being close to a mall, 7/11, Burger King, and many local Chinese restaurants. the TV channels were good, with multiple English movie channels, Discovery, and National Geographic.

The pool was quite small and located in the basement, not very conducive to relaxing. It would have been nice to have a couple of USB power outlets in the room for convenience.

The hotel prepared our room with rose petals, gifted us chocolates, and provided relaxing tea bags. The pool was stunning and the changing rooms were excellent. The location is great, next to the river with interesting architecture and F&B options nearby. We recommend the G2 cocktail bar. The concierge organized bicycles for rent quickly and cheaply. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and most spoke English.

I recently stayed at The Ritz-Carlton for my birthday weekend, and it was absolutely perfect. The wifi was amazing, with great speed and access to a lot of things. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved the amenities like the automatic toilet and rainwater shower. The staff were polite and friendly, treating me to a free birthday cake and decorating my room. The hotel itself was beautiful, with stunning decor and a lovely swimming pool. It was also conveniently close to the train station. I truly had a perfect stay here.

The hotel, just 5 years old, still looks incredibly new and well-maintained, which is quite unusual in China. The staff I encountered were all sharp and incredibly helpful. The rooms themselves were spacious and beautifully designed. I was particularly impressed with the food at both the bar and Chinese restaurants, which was excellent. The Ritz-Carlton is a beautifully designed hotel with plenty of character.
