I recently stayed at a beautiful hotel in a town known for its cultural significance on the Silk Road. The hotel staff provided excellent service and the rooms were immaculate. The hotel had two great restaurants, one serving authentic Chinese cuisine and the other offering a breakfast buffet with both Western and Chinese options. The rooftop restaurant had a wonderful view and the hotel shops had unique souvenir items. The hotel's architecture and design truly reflected the history of the Silk Road.

This hotel is a true gem! We fell in love with this place the moment we arrived. The location is absolutely grand, with breathtaking views of the nearby sand dunes. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with paintings depicting scenes from the Silk Road days. Our room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, showing us multiple room options and even washing my socks for me! They were efficient and prompt with all our requests, making us feel truly pampered.

The hotel offered complimentary airport transfers, which was a convenient perk. Additionally, the location of the hotel was great, being only a short distance from the town center and easily accessible. One more advantage that I enjoyed was the breathtaking view from the rooftop, where I could watch the sunset and take in the beautiful surroundings.

There were a few aspects that I did not enjoy about my stay. the rooms were quite noisy, especially with large groups passing by at all hours, causing disturbances.

The option of having breakfast in the dunes was intriguing, although we didn't get to try it. The compact rooms were typical for a 4-star property. The hotel responded promptly to our feedback about the lack of air conditioning, ensuring our rooms were cooled for the rest of our stay. The hotel's car service from and to the airport was as advertised and the staff were very professional. The bike rental option allowed us to explore the pleasant grounds and nearby Mingsha Shan. The shuttle bus to the night market was convenient, although we were surprised by the lack of a return bus.

The design is impressive and they take care of all your needs, including breakfast, shuttle services, and even washing dirty laundry. The location is great and the food in the restaurants is delicious.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it was truly special. They prepared surprises for us and even booked our Mogao Caves tickets. The room was clean and spacious with great amenities, and the hotel provided a free shuttle to the city center, airport, and Mingshashan. Linda, one of the managers, helped us communicate and make the reservation for the caves, as the website was only in Chinese. The hotel's location was convenient for visiting the Crescent Lake, and the building itself was beautiful. It was a pampering and comfortable stay.

The view from the roof terrace to the dunes is incredible. The room is spacious and beautifully decorated, with a small window overlooking the dunes. The location is excellent, close to the famous Dunes and within walking distance of Crescent Moon Lake. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and some speak good English.
