The robe provided was incredibly soft, adding to the comfort of our stay. The hotel also offered a delicious breakfast, with plenty of options to choose from. Additionally, the location was superb, offering stunning views of the river and skyline from our room and the rooftop bar. The staff spoke English fairly well and were helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated the fact that there were several great restaurants within walking distance, making it convenient for us to experience different dining options.

I recently stayed at this incredibly cool and luxurious hotel. The design and architecture of this place are absolutely stunning and unique. The industrial look mixed with modern details and design furniture creates a delightful and eclectic atmosphere. The location is also perfect, situated in the trendy Cool Docks area, a little further down from the rest of the hotels along the Bund.

During my Easter stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the unique and modern design of the hotel. the rooms were clean, ultra, modern, and each had its own unique style. the bar fridge was well, stocked and included in the price of the room, which was a great bonus. the location was excellent, conveniently situated near the Bund, allowing for gorgeous views of the river and passing boats.

I did have a few disappointments during my stay. the cleanliness of the hotel was not up to par with what I would expect from a 5, star hotel.

The view from the room was breathtaking, with an impressive skyline and a nearby beach club. the room design was interesting with elegant industrial touches. the location was convenient with nearby restaurants and a ferry within walking distance.

The Waterhouse At South Bund is a unique design hotel located in the South Bund area. It is surrounded by many interesting places within walking distance, making it a great base for exploring the neighborhood. The hotel features cool design elements, such as mysterious staircases and beautiful glass bathrooms. The rooms are spacious and functional, with nice little details that make the stay enjoyable. Guests can enjoy a generous breakfast in the restaurant downstairs, which also serves delicious Italian/Mediterranean cuisine. The rooftop bar offers a great view of the skyline.

I had a fantastic stay at the Waterhouse At South Bund in Shanghai. The converted warehouse design was truly unique and chic. The spacious room with a large shower and separate toilet was a pleasant surprise. The in-house restaurant, Table No. 1, was a culinary gem, offering a memorable dining experience. The included breakfast at Table No. 1 was delicious, with outstanding coffee. The hotel's location, although somewhat isolated, offered a peaceful retreat from the busy city. The nearby shopping and restaurant complex, The Cool Docks, added convenience and variety. Despite minor drawbacks such as difficulty in finding the hotel and some lack of courtesy from the front desk staff, the overall experience was excellent. I highly recommend the Waterhouse At South Bund for a unique and enjoyable stay in Shanghai.
