Room was upscale with stunning views and comfortable amenities. The staff was attentive and went out of their way to assist with travel recommendations and mailing postcards. The location was central with easy access to the cable car and train stations.

The restaurant was pricey and lacked sufficient options for local cuisine. The lobby had no seating and the elevators were slow and crowded during peak times, making it difficult to access the upper floors where most of the rooms were located.

Spacious room with stunning city views. Great facilities including a heated toilet seat and free movie selection. Relaxing spa experience with English-speaking staff. Excellent customer service, even receiving a birthday cake. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay.

I was pleasantly surprised with my upgraded room, very comfortable and clean. Convenient location for shopping and dining. Enjoyed the romantic night views and friendly staff. Good breakfast and great facilities including swimming pool and gym. a wonderful stay.

Staying at this hotel was an absolute luxurious experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly and attentive, fulfilling all my exclusive needs. The indoor swimming pool and sauna were exceptional, and the heated swimming pool and sun loungers were a blissful haven. The room was elegant and spacious, with exclusive amenities that allowed me to feel pampered and relaxed. The restaurant and bar/lounge area were divine, with delectable food and drink choices that surpassed my expectations. The location advantages were plentiful, allowing me easy access to all the sights and sounds of the city.

The only minor complaint I had during my stay at this hotel was the lack of live entertainment. Although everything else was excellent, having some live entertainment would have made my stay more exciting and lively.

We had a great stay at Westin. The room was spacious and offered stunning views of the city at night. The hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and transportation. The staff provided impressive service, from the front office to the restaurant to housekeeping. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, and the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. a truly 5-star experience. We would definitely choose this hotel again if we visit the area.
