I had an amazing stay at this hotel - great value for my money! The room was spacious and the interior of the hotel was impressive, especially the fountain in the lobby. The hotel's location was perfect, with the subway just 2 minutes away and Xuanwu Lake only 10 minutes away. The staff were incredibly helpful, even upgrading our room without us asking. The shopping mall connected to the hotel was also a huge plus, with a wide variety of restaurants to choose from.

The breakfast option could have been better. The quality of the food was just okay and the service was lacking.

During my New Year's stay, I found two standout features of this hotel. the interior design was impressive, with a grand fountain in the lobby that made a great first impression. Secondly, the hotel is directly connected to a shopping mall, providing easy access to numerous dining options. the location is also convenient, being close to the subway station and one of the gates of the city wall. Additionally, the spacious rooms and adjustable air conditioning were definite advantages that I enjoyed.

There were some negative aspects to my stay. Language proved to be an issue, as some key staff members had limited English proficiency, making it challenging to arrange room service or laundry.

The staff were amazing, from the helpful concierge to the happy cleaning staff. The GM even sent me a personal email to apologize for any mistakes made by the team. a top-notch experience.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast even better would be a wider variety of breakfast items.

The comfortable bed made for a peaceful night's sleep, and the staff, when I could communicate with them, were friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a stunning view of the lake from our room on the 30th floor. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Transportation was a breeze, with the Metro Line 1 Xuanwumen Station just a short walk away. the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch.

The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, including the pool area and beach sitting area. The staff, including the friendly and helpful desk clerk and housekeeping, were all very nice. We also appreciated the ample supply of clean towels, and the hotel's proximity to Main St. and shopping.

The access to the hotel entrance was a bit difficult, especially for those driving, as the lane leading to the entrance is narrow and poorly managed. Although the hotel claims to have rooms with a lake view, it was disappointing to find that the view could only be seen from certain areas of the room.
