The hotel's location in the city center allows for easy access to major sites and is conveniently located near a metro station. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the service is polite and prompt. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of options, both Chinese and Western. The hotel also has a modern design, providing a pleasant atmosphere.

Some staff members in the rooftop bar and lobby lounge were inexperienced and unable to provide efficient service.

The hotel is conveniently located near the intersection of two rivers, with easy access to popular attractions such as the Zhongma pedestrian road and Xinjiang bridge. the staff provided excellent service and were very kind and attentive. the breakfast offered a wide selection and was above average in quality. Additionally, the rooms were comfortable with spacious bathrooms and a full set of amenities.

There were some minor issues that could be improved upon. the temperature control in the rooms was difficult to adjust, as it would consistently revert back to a specific setting.

Centrally located, this hotel boasts a good buffet selection with high-quality food that includes a variety of dishes like steak, lamb chops and sashimi. the chef was friendly and accommodating and even mingled with guests. the housekeeping staff was quick to respond to requests and the hotel also showed thoughtfulness in their service by calling a guest to return a lost item.

The hotel does not pay attention to details and misses out on key essentials such as cups for coffee in the rooms. the hotel decor is outdated and needs a revamp.

I had a fantastic stay with perfect service and high standard rooms. The breakfast was good and the staff at reception were very attentive. They even went above and beyond to help me recover my lost iPad from my flight earlier that day. The hotel's location was also ideal, as it was easily accessible to major sites in the city and very near to Tianyi square.
