The beds were comfortable, helpful concierge staff, convenient location near metro and buses, delicious and diverse breakfast with many choices including Western, Chinese. The hotel staff provided excellent service throughout our 9-night stay. The room was well maintained and the barista made a great latte.

During our recent stay at the Westin, we were impressed by its convenient location across from the massive MIXC mall, offering a variety of dining and shopping options. The subway station just steps away made exploring the city a breeze. We were pleased to receive a warm welcome upon check-in, with the staff speaking excellent English and recognizing our SPG Gold status. Despite a small delay in our suite being ready, we were offered an upgrade and directed to the Executive Lounge to wait.

Although there were a few minor issues, like the housekeeping staff forgetting to replace the empty toilet paper roll and occasional cigarette smoke in our non-smoking room, these were just small inconveniences. The executive lounge staff, while well-intentioned, could be more consistent in their service style.

The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station, making transportation easy. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff, especially Cyndia and the other staff in the executive lounge, provided excellent service. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing! They made sure we felt well taken care of throughout our 9, night stay. the restaurant had an extraordinary array of food, with a great smorgasbord that catered to all tastes. the hotel's location was also fantastic, being close to the new plaza and shopping areas. We enjoyed exploring the nearby attractions. Additionally, our room was always cleaned excellently, and the staff were very helpful. We also loved the bar, where we had delicious lattes made by Lucy.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Westin Qingdao - Instagrammable and it was an absolute delight. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, making it hard to get out of in the morning.
