We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were a good size and the beds were relatively comfortable. The hotel facilities were great, with three restaurants to choose from. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was really close to everything and right next to a mall and a large shopping center. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. we had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

Had a great Xmas stay at this hotel! Loved the convenient location, just a few minutes from the train station and 15-20 minutes from the airport. Adjacent to a commercial plaza with lots of restaurants and stores, so everything I needed was within reach. Another advantage was the friendly and efficient service. the club level had a wonderful view and a decent selection of breakfast. Definitely one of the best hotels in town!

There were a couple of downsides to my experience. the room wouldn't cool below 22 degrees, even though I set the air conditioning to 18.

We had a great time at Westin! The room was spacious and had all the comforts we needed. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking. The breakfast was delicious, especially the French toast. The service was top-notch, with Jennifer going above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. we highly recommend this hotel.

The Westin Xiamen offers a 5-star experience with its convenient location near a minimall, modern and spacious rooms, and the opportunity to rent workout gear. The staff is attentive and accommodating, ensuring a wonderful stay.

Unique experience of renting New Balance outfits for exercise. Excellent, attentive staff that catered to our needs and provided helpful instructions to local drivers. a wonderful stay and would choose again.

The hotel is a luxurious venue with exclusive amenities, including a beautiful spa and wellness center, indoor swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi. the garden area is well, maintained, perfect for a relaxing stroll. the room was spacious with motorized blinds and a comfortable bed. the restaurant offers a delicious in, room breakfast, snack bar, and special diet menus.

The only minor issue I found was that the packed lunches were not up to the standard I was expecting.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is very close to the stadium with a beautiful jogging path around it. It is also within walking distance to Xiamen train station and a large shopping centre. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the city from the higher floors. The bathroom was clean and well maintained. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with attentive and friendly staff members. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.

One negative aspect was the lack of clarity regarding the credit card policy at check-in, which caused frustration for some guests.

I spent Christmas at this hotel and was impressed by the festive atmosphere created with beautiful decorations and a cozy feel. the shuttle service to the airport was also free of charge, and it was very convenient to have it available. the hotel was situated in a central location, which made it easy to explore the city.

My stay was marred by some negative aspects. the cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired, and the bathroom did not seem to be properly sanitized.
