However, the front desk staff efficiently and quickly changed my room the next day to one with a balcony. This room was much brighter and more comfortable, making my stay much more enjoyable. The hotel is beautifully decorated in the Art Deco style and extremely clean. The location is very convenient, with the metro station just a few meters away and easy access to the Bund and West Nanjing Rd. I would recommend this hotel for its comfort and convenience.

The room service was great and everything was always clean. a great hotel with a unique Art Deco style.

The room was beautifully decorated and the bathroom was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. Plus, the view from our room was stunning, overlooking a charming church and square. We also enjoyed dining at a nearby Italian restaurant in the evening where the food was exceptional. We couldn't have asked for a better hotel experience.

This hotel is a luxurious must-visit in the heart of Shanghai. the exclusive amenities truly delight every guest, including the stunning garden area and private facilities. the elegant restaurant offers delicious kosher dishes and top-notch service, while the bar and lounge area provide a welcoming atmosphere to relax in.

Although this hotel fulfilled all of my luxurious needs, I did encounter a minor issue with room cleanliness. it was promptly resolved by the diligent and friendly staff.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was immaculate, well equipped, and very spacious. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was huge, with a separate bath and shower. The hotel staff, especially the reception and concierge, went above and beyond to assist me throughout my stay. The location was perfect, right next to the subway station and within walking distance to popular attractions like the People's Square and a shopping mall.
