Impressive rooms with spacious layout and elegant decor. The location in the French concession area is perfect, with plenty of interesting things to do nearby. The well-trained staff at the club lounge were extremely helpful. Despite a few hiccups with the check-in process, the overall experience was enjoyable.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the metro station, making it easy to explore the busier areas of the city. it is situated in a dedicated area with privacy being well considered. Guests can enjoy the vibrant nightlife nearby, with two big nightclubs in close proximity to the hotel.

Some rooms may be noisy due to their proximity to the nightclubs.

This hotel provides a truly luxurious experience with exclusive amenities such as a beautiful indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi. the spa centre offers a variety of massage and wellness treatments in a relaxing environment. the restaurant has an excellent menu with a range of special diet options, and the bar/lounge area is a great place to relax and enjoy a drink.

The only minor issue I had was with the service, which was not always up to par with the rest of the hotel. the staff was friendly but not always efficient, and I did experience a delay when checking in.

Amazing amenities and decor, perfect location. Rooms are spacious with modern and sophisticated facilities. the pool and spa are incredible, and staff members are always willing to help you. It's so great that the spa is often empty so you can have it all to yourself. their food is awesome, and the service is excellent.

The lounge area on the ground floor was not very comfortable and lacked privacy. although the outdoor terrace area outside of the breakfast section was attractive, it was closed which was a disappointment.
