Enjoyed our New Year's celebration with two lovely complementary gifts from the hotel. Perfect location with easy access to public transportation, shops, and restaurants. Amazing spa facilities with relaxing massages and a Jacuzzi with a stunning view.

Room lacked sufficient storage space and there were some minor maintenance issues. Staff was friendly but not always attentive to our needs.

The staff provided exceptional service, including a personalized in-room breakfast. The bar/lounge area had a great atmosphere and delicious snacks.

The only minor issue was the restaurant menu lacked variety for special diets, but the staff were willing to make adjustments to accommodate.
