Convenient location near attractions and restaurants. Helpful and cooperative staff. Language barrier but eventually understood. Towels provided upon request. Good value for money.

During my recent stay at Vaperse, I was pleasantly surprised by the stunning view of the city center from my room. It was truly breathtaking. The bed in my room was also incredibly comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. I would recommend this hotel based on these positives.

The location of the hotel could have been better, as it was a bit far from everything. However, there was a shopping center within a 15-minute walk, providing easy access to shops and amenities. The hotel had a stylish interior in both the lobby and the rooms, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Additionally, the breakfast offered a variety of foods, and some rooms even had an intelligent toilet for added convenience.

The staff at the front desk were not always friendly or helpful, which detracted from the overall experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 5, star hotel. the service was outstanding, with friendly staff who were attentive to our every need. the Spa & wellness centre was a highlight, offering exclusive amenities that left us feeling pampered and rejuvenated. We loved the indoor swimming pool and the sun loungers by the seasonal outdoor pool, which provided the perfect setting for relaxing and soaking up the sun.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the Bar/ Lounge area , the selection of drinks was a bit limited. this was a small detail in the overall experience at this hotel.

Great location, friendly staff, spacious and well-equipped room, comfortable bed and pillows, nice and big bathroom, convenient shuttle bus.

The hotel's breakfast had a good variety of food options to choose from. the comfortable bed made resting easy after a long day on my business trip. the hotel's location was conveniently close to places of interest.

The hotel staff lacked communication skills and English fluency, making it difficult to convey my needs and concerns. the bathroom had poor soundproofing as I could hear housekeeping cleaning in nearby rooms.
