Almost perfect.

I stayed at a lovely hotel in Shenzhen for my fiance's birthday last month. The Venice Raytour Hotel was the perfect choice. The interior was stunning and our room was comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, helping me organize a surprise for my fiance, including a beautifully decorated room, a delicious cake, and even checking my USB flash drive for a video I prepared. They also decorated the bathroom with rose petals for a romantic touch. The hotel staff, especially Arianna Orma and Helen Guo, were incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. The location was excellent, with plenty of nearby restaurants and attractions like the Windows on the World and the Holiday Plaza. The hotel had a fantastic pool, both indoor and outdoor, which was perfect for our family. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, great for two adults and a child. We were even upgraded to a deluxe room. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of delicious food, both Western and Eastern options.

During my recent stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable and well-maintained rooms at the hotel. The Italian-themed décor added a unique touch to the overall ambiance. The hotel's location near popular attractions and amenities was convenient for exploring the area.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of a king-size bed and difficulty finding the light switch in the room, these did not significantly impact my overall experience.

I recently stayed at Hotel Indigo for a few nights and it was a fantastic experience. The location is excellent, with a metro station, shopping mall, and tourist attractions all nearby. The restaurants in the hotel are also top-notch, offering delicious food. The lobby decoration is impressive and adds to the overall charm of the hotel. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making the stay even more enjoyable. As a European, I loved the Venice theme throughout the hotel. It truly made me miss Venice and Europe. It's a beautiful place to celebrate a special occasion with a small group of people.

The hotel had a great indoor swimming pool, perfect to relax and cool down during the weekend. the staff was very helpful and attentive, providing excellent service. the hotel's location was key, as it was within walking distance to popular attractions and there were plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from.

One major drawback was the lack of communication regarding the hotel's policy on using the swimming pool. Guests were required to bring their own swim caps, which wasn't clearly mentioned beforehand.

The hotel is in a perfect location, close to many local attractions and the main underground station. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with all the amenities I needed. The lobby bar serves a great selection of coffees and snacks. The hotel also has a spa and the famous V Bar. The staff were professional and congenial, making my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Comfy huge pool for relaxation. Helpful & friendly staff. Plenty of delicious varieties for breakfast. Coffee customized to taste at the coffee bar. Dim sum at the in-house Chinese restaurant is a must-try.

The hotel had a great pool and friendly staff. It was conveniently located near popular resorts and the metro, making it easy to explore the area. the large, clean rooms with tea and coffee making facilities were a nice touch.

The check-in staff could use some improvement in their training, and there were some areas of the hotel that showed signs of wear and could use better upkeep.

The location is convenient, with a shopping center and two large entertainment centers within a two-minute walk. The hotel is also ideal for weddings and family events. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a wonderful bathroom and pillows. The conditioning system is excellent, and the breakfast offers a lot of variety.
