Amazing Service and Attention to Detail

During my recent stay at Vue Hotel in Beijing, I was blown away by the amazing service and attention to detail provided by the staff. From the moment I arrived, I felt truly cared for and taken care of.

During new year's eve, I stayed at a trendy hotel located in the traditional neighborhood which was an oasis of calm. The hotel has a great café and bakery as well as other restaurants with amazing international and traditional food that made it possible for me to have a great dining experience. Also, the rooms were spacious, clean, and well-decorated. I loved the use of technology within the rooms, and it offered easy control of the room's ambiance.

The hotel location was a bit inconvenient, as it was a good ten-minute walk to the nearest subway station. Furthermore, the staff was not very welcoming and seemed less interested in helping guests. the experience was pleasant, but it could have been better with more friendly staff and a more central location.

This hotel provided an exclusive experience with luxurious amenities that fulfilled all our needs. the room was modern, spacious, and with great facilities. the private facilities were excellent, with an amazing bar/lounge area. the service was top-notch, with staff being helpful, courteous, and accommodating.

Our only minor issue was with language barriers. Most of the staff didn't speak sufficient English, which made communication difficult at times.

Charming boutique hotel in Beijing's Hutong area. Old + new world charm with three separate buildings. Handmade noodle + home cooked meal places nearby. Park/river behind the hotel for skating and activities. Gracious and attentive staff, particularly MELO + CHRIS. Modern and well-designed rooms with soft and fluffy towels. Efficient airport pick-up service.

The Vue Hotel Beijing has a unique blend of old world charm and modern design. Located in a private compound on a narrow Hutong street, it offers a boutique hotel experience. The staff, especially MELO and CHRIS, are extremely attentive and provide excellent service. The hotel is conveniently situated near a park/river, where activities like skating can be enjoyed. The rooms are well-designed and equipped, with soft and fluffy towels. Airport pick-up service is efficient, and the hotel provides a refreshing break from typical city hotels.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The modern and well-designed rooms were a highlight, with a nice layout and all the necessary amenities like a sono system, TV, and good WiFi. The hotel's location was also great, as it was near the lovely Huhai district and in the center of the Hutong old town. Being in a traditional neighborhood added to the charm of the experience. Additionally, the staff were friendly and tried their best to communicate, even though their English was limited. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Everything is exactly what I needed and wanted.

Location couldn't be better - situated in a beautiful old village with a short walk to a park and lakes. the room was beautifully designed and had fun new tech features. Breakfast at the connected restaurant had a lovely selection of food and drink.

Some glitches with the room locking system due to the new tech. Traffic to get to the hotel was really terrible.

Friendly staff, limited breakfast options, modern rooms with broken shower, soft towels. English language difficulty but smiling and helpful. Difficult to find taxis but charming Hutong surroundings. Efficient airport pick-up recommended.

We had a fantastic stay at this boutique hotel in the heart of Beijing. The location was perfect for our family, as it was near the beautiful Huhai district and within walking distance to the frozen lake where we went skating. The rooms were impeccably decorated and the bathroom was luxurious. The staff provided excellent service, making sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was sumptuous and the restaurant had a great view of the lake.

The hotel could benefit from offering more kid-friendly amenities.
