Great value for money with a modern room and fantastic gym. The location was perfect, with a beautiful lake nearby for sports and relaxation. The staff were attentive and client-oriented, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Breakfast delights could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

We were impressed with the luxurious amenities at this hotel. The spa and wellness center was exceptional, from the heated indoor swimming pool to the sauna and jacuzzi. The massage treatments were rejuvenating, and the beauty treatments were a real treat. The sun terrace was perfect for lounging, with comfortable sun loungers and beach umbrellas. We loved the location advantage, being close to a beautiful lake that we could use for sports and relaxation.

We experienced just one minor issue during our stay here. The poolside snack bar was not available, which was inconvenient.

During my Xmas stay, I loved the gym facilities which were well-equipped, helping me keep up my daily exercise routine. , the modern design and technology were impressive, making it a luxurious experience. The hotel's location was convenient too, with access to a beautiful lake nearby.

The overall experience was ruined by the staff who lacked proper customer service training. They seemed to prioritize being trendy rather than showing the guests around, especially when speaking English.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with a super lake nearby for sports and relaxation. The building itself is amazing, and the design is modern and utilizes new technology. The staff is client-oriented, and there is an excellent gym available for guests to use.

The staff could benefit from more training in English, as it seems to be a challenge in communication.
