the exclusive amenities provided made this hotel a luxurious experience. the Spa & wellness centre, sauna and massage services were top, notch. the indoor swimming pool was clean and well, maintained. the room was spacious and offered exclusive facilities. the restaurant offered a mouth, watering array of dishes, with delectable taste. the location advantage was a plus.

The only minor issue was that the bar/lounge area was a bit crowded and noisy. the drinks served there were top, quality and the ambience was great.

The rooms were nicely appointed with excellent wifi and comfortable beds. the breakfast buffet provided fresh and varied options. the location, while not in the heart of the city, was convenient for those traveling by train.

The lack of bottled water in the rooms was a notable inconvenience, and the issue with the room temperature made for an uncomfortable night. the hotel could benefit from improving its service levels, particularly in regards to providing guests with adequate water and welcoming them upon arrival.
